I recently worked with Jocelyn to discover my leadership style and determine how to consistently ‘show up’ at work. She is an excellent listener and homes in on key words from my explanations. Jocelyn gives excellent perspective on work situations and offers alternative ways to view things. Every session was actionable, and she kept me accountable by assigning homework in which I had to practice using different tools for specific work situations. During one particularly impactful session, Jocelyn walked me through a visualization exercise in which I was able to see myself where I needed to be in 6 months. That exercise enabled me to understand what I need to do and ultimately envision how I was going to accomplish my goals. Jocelyn is a distinguished coach, entrepreneur, and seasoned professional in the STEM field with over 15 years of global experience in public service and professional development. A lifelong leader and advocate for transformational change, she has earned three advanced degrees and multiple STEM-related professional certifications, in addition to holding a prestigious Professional Business Coach Certification. Jocelyn actively contributes to the coaching industry through her involvement with her local chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), supporting its mission to elevate professional coaching standards.
